Delivery is normally guaranteed within 7 to 10 working days of placing your order, subject to stock.

We only process charges once stock leaves the warehouse.

Most deliveries in the UK do, in fact, arrive after 4 days (if ordered before 12 noon). All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.

Once you place your order with us we will notify you by e-mail or/and by phone.

If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 7 to 10 days, E & R Activity Equipment will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.

If this is not satisfactory to you, no charges will be made.

Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, E & R Activity Equipment will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail Special delivery - at YOUR expense ), within 7 days of you having received them.

Any goods returned must be sent back to our address (at YOUR expense ).

At E & R Activity Equipment we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Any products that are found to have defects are sent back to the manufacturer. All pedal car products are packaged with heavy duty polystyrene within heavy duty cardboard boxes to protect the delivery in transit.

Please note that due to Customs restrictions and consignment issues, all orders for Deliveries outside UK Mainland need to be placed by telephone by dialing 00 44 1745 570 904. 

Confirmation of delivery will be given at the time of placing the order.
